Juno Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Amir Capital LLC, doing business as Mirai Labs ("Mirai Labs," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Juno mobile app and related services ("Juno" or the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using Juno, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Juno.

1. Important medical disclaimer - please read

Juno is a wellness and organization tool, not a medical device or a healthcare service. It helps you record and organize information related to GLP-1 medication use (meals, protein, doses, supply, symptoms, weight, reminders).

Juno does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
Juno does not recommend, prescribe, change, or comment on medications, doses, or titration schedules. Always follow your prescriber and care team.
Nutrition estimates, plans, trajectories, and AI-generated content are approximate and for general wellness only. Verify anything important and edit values as needed.
Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something in Juno. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your health, diet, and medication.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use Juno. Juno is not intended for children.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email/account secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Juno offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Billing through Apple. Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account, subject to Apple's terms. Prices, billing period, and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before you purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your App Store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Managing and canceling. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings, then Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple's policies. We do not separately process App Store refunds.

5. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to interpret what you log (for example, estimating a meal from a photo or text, or generating a plan summary or companion reply). AI output is approximate, may be inaccurate, and is not medical or professional advice. You can edit any AI-generated value. Do not rely on AI output for medical decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use Juno for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data except as permitted by law;
interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it;
misuse the AI features (e.g., to generate harmful content) or attempt to circumvent safety, rate, or usage limits;
upload content that infringes others' rights or that you don't have the right to provide.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant Mirai Labs a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including syncing it and generating your plans, estimates, and reports). You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the right to provide it. We handle Your Content as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Juno, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Mirai Labs and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Juno for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

9. Third-party services

Juno relies on third-party services (including Apple, and our service providers listed in the Privacy Policy). Your use of Apple's services is governed by Apple's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Disclaimers

Juno is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including nutrition or AI estimates) is accurate or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirai Labs and its officers, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) Juno. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mirai Labs from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using Juno and delete your account at any time (Settings, then Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice in the app. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. (If you want mandatory arbitration and a class-action waiver, ask counsel to add an arbitration clause here.)

16. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and Mirai Labs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Juno or its content. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement (EULA) for App Store apps, Apple's required terms apply. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Juno, and any product warranty/refund claims are handled per Apple's policies.
